Restrooms were awful. Never been to a Carl's Jr. before, but the menu is very limited, as should be expected with a burger place. However, the staff was very kind and that definitely helped the experience. I probably won't go back to a Carl's Jr., but that is just me.
Not only did it take about 30 minutes in the drive through, where we were one of two cars, but we heard the employee at the window say, "Why can't people just go to McDonalds so I can have a break?" Yikes. Also, we ordered a thickburger and got down the road before we opened it. It was definitely not a thickburger. What a waste of time. Make the Carl's Jr girl happy and go across the street to McDonalds.
Usually not a bad place, but this morning was terrible. Couldn't understand the drive-thru worker's english so basically had to pull forward to complete the order. I ordered a number 3, burrito and orange juice. Didn't get orange juice or hash rounds. Food looked like it was thrown against a wall after bagging, looked all exploded. This is the last time Carls Jr's makes my breakfast!
Sergio was working counter and drive thru. Did an awesome job. He got busy while I was there and never missed a step. Great customer service.
The food sucks big time and horrible service!! Don't waist your money on this place!!
